I got the almond flour specifically to make macarons. I am pleased that my macarons have turned out very well, even though I had never made them before.

I like to enjoy baked goods.... but I also like to eat healthy and not feel like crap after eating a whole batch of cookies! Lol. I mix this half and half with regular flour in many recipes and I highly recommend it. Its so good for you! If you haven't tried making almond paste to put inside of croissants, you are missing out!
