This is great flour to bake with for all gluten free recipes. I have made banana nut bread, coated chicken, made pancakes and used to flavor oatmeal too!

I substitute it in place of flour in all my baking. It gives my products a mealier texture, but it doesn't bother me. I find it doesn't work well with cookies, unless you add more eggs, as they tend to get crumbley.

So glad to find a larger bag of good quality almond flour that doesn’t break the bank! Used this flour to make several batches of grain-free gingersnap cookies for Christmas that were a hit. Looking forward to making some bread with it next!

I have not used this flour yet but I have no doubt that the quality will be good. It came very quickly and the price was way lower than any other almond flour that I have purchased.

Almond flour good but the side of the bag split open. Either the seal wasn’t complete or the shipping caused. Either way I have to find new way t store.

Love this almond flour. I use it in all my Paleo recipes and seeing that it's just ground almonds, I snack on it 1/4 tsp at a time when I'm hungry in the middle of the night. Yum!

Recipes that call for finely sifted Almond Flour, this is the one to use. For some recipes I still sift, but there's very little left to worry about.

this stuff is great. the price/lb is great too. i've been sucking down the almond cookies we made from this. as good or better than the ones you get in a chinese restaurant.

Almond Flour is great as my husband has a true milk allergy and I use this instead, it can be used as a base for a drink or in baking as a milk replacement
