I got the almond flour specifically to make macarons. I am pleased that my macarons have turned out very well, even though I had never made them before.

Works very well. I use it for fried chicken, baking, and anywhere else flour is needed. I recently made pizza dough with it and it turned out fantastic! Highly recommend for low carb or keto diets.

This was an experiment but what I got was some of the best choc chip cookies, more like those expensive high dollar cookies that you could only get in the high dollar stores. Already passing out to friends and neighbors.
