[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about one hour of taking the sample XYZAL allergy medication, I began feeling a little woozy. My mouth was overly foamy with saliva and my congestion became worse. I sought help from my local urgent care. The PA told me I had an overreaction to something in the XYZAL. He gave me an injection and some prednisone for 7 days. I'm feeling better but no more xyzal for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason why I am giving this a poor review is that it contains lactose which is dairy ingredient and I am seriously allergic to it (anaphylactic). I always find it amusing that an allergy med contains one of the top allergens in it. I did not request to have this sent to me, it was auto shipped for some reason from a sample company. I do appreciate the offer, but unfortunately I can not use this. I would however recommend this if that person has not allergies to the ingredients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have seasonal allergies and this time of year with all the pollen symptoms are extremely bothersome. Xyzal works well to relieve my symptoms, but also made me very drowsy. This is good at night, but it also carried over to the next day.

Works great to alleviate the allergies I seem to have grown into as an adult: mostly pet hair and dander, and some outdoor allergens, nothing too severe. I would continue to use this product if it had not made me drowsy. Before sampling the Xyzal, I was taking a generic 24 hr non drowsy allergy pill. It works great as well so I will most likely stick with that.

And where I live plants & flowers pollinate all year round! So I need to take something daily! This product did work for me so I may switch and take this product for awhile to see what it does long term!

I was having some pretty severe allergies the day I received my sample, so I took the Xyzal immediately and I started to see and feel results very quickly. I also could not believe how long it lasted before I needed to take more medicine, I switched allergy meds after one dose of Xyzal and I have told everyone how great this product is. It worked better for me than prescription allergy medicine did, as well as, my normal over the counter meds.

During the spring and summer months is when I have a difficult time with my itchy eyes, stuffed nose, and all around allergy symptoms. Since taking Xyzal I am able to live my life without the shleby symptoms that bother me. Effective for 24 hours!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is good if you only have sneezing, runny and itchy nose, itchy throat and itchy and watery eyes, but I have problems with congestion also, which this does not help with. It does help some of the problems I have, but I need something that helps with the congestion in my nose

I received the sample pack of 5 and gave one to my mother who like myself suffers from seasonal allergies really bad. This tiny pill completely made my night and next day bearable. I went outside for most part of the day with no sneezing, itchy eyes or throat!!! It was like magic, I was no longer effected by the pollen!!

It was not to be. My multiple allergy symptoms were managed only as well as the myriad other products I have used individually and in combination. Meaning, it works, but no better than anything else I've used, but I will not use this on a routine basis because the cost is very prohibitive.
