This is the original prescription strength antihistamine tablet with 24 hours of relief for sneezing, runny or itchy nose, and itchy throat or eyes. I found that taking when taking the recommended 1 tablet, it started working in under an hour to relieve my symptoms. There are clear ingredients and directions on the packaging and the actual size of the pill was easy to swallow. I noticed some drowsiness with this tablet so I took it at night time and fine for the next day and did not have any allergy symptoms.

I take it at night and wake up with no sneezing or itchy eyes. It made me a little drowsy at first, but that went away quickly. XYZAL is a 24 hour antihistamine that helps with seasonal allergies. I tried it out when I had some basic allergy symptoms. It helps with runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes and itchy throat. I usually get a runny nose and some sneezing and it helped with both of those. It was nice to be able to take just one pill for a whole 24 hours of relief. It is also a pretty small pill and that is nice for me and maybe others who have trouble taking the larger pills. I only took it for a few days, so do not know how it will help long term or for severe allergies but I recommend giving it a try if you have some mild seasonal allergies like me.
