I live in a region where allergies are pretty awful, so I'm not sure I'll ever find the perfect product. Xyzal was good and now I know I have other options for OTC allergy relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from year round allergies so I've tried many different over the counter products. Xyzal really does the job better than others I've tried. I take it right before bed and don't wake up congested like I normally would. Definitely worth it.

We have tried all the other OTC medicines for allergies and nothing works like this. My boyfriend is allergic to dogs, I have a dog.... since he moved in a year ago it's been difficult for him. After taking this once it was a miracle! No more sneezing and itchy eyes or watering eyes! Hope this continues to work so well!

I have horrible allergies that I am constantly battling but this week my itchy, watery eyes have been so much better! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This medicine is very effective! I had itchy nose throughout Friday & Sat so I decided to take one Saturday night. Sunday all good. The only downside is it makes me very drowsy but I couldn't sleep. It took me 2hrs after drinking this before I passed out then gave me a little hangover feeling the next morning. I'm not fully sure if this is how it always gonna be for side effects but reviewing this as a first time user.

I don't have much luck with allergy medications, nothing seems to work. Got the sample of Xyzal and by the time I had used it all up, almost ALL of my allergy symptoms were gone! I went right out and bought the big bottle! Now it's the first thing I take every morning.
