[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of XYZAL Allergy 24HR for my honest review. Honestly, after trying three nights in a row, yes my allergy symptoms had improved. However, the detrimental side effects the next morning, dizziness, haze, head in a fog for hours, aren't worth the allergy relief.

I have to take a daily allergy pill or I’m miserable. Xyzal worked well and I could enjoy being outside without sneezing and runny nose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason why I am giving this a poor review is that it contains lactose which is dairy ingredient and I am seriously allergic to it (anaphylactic). I always find it amusing that an allergy med contains one of the top allergens in it. I did not request to have this sent to me, it was auto shipped for some reason from a sample company. I do appreciate the offer, but unfortunately I can not use this. I would however recommend this if that person has not allergies to the ingredients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried my sample of Xyzal when I headed to the park for a walk. The last time I was there the pollen in the air caused me to sneeze and have a runny nose. Xyzal did the trick! No sneezing or runny nose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy with Xyzal Allergy 24HR. I took one at night before bed and didn’t wake up as stuffy as I usually do. I found it really kept my seasonal allergies at bay during the 24 hour period. I would definitely recommend.

I am allergies to most pollens (grass, weeds, trees...), dust, and dander. I have taken many types of allergy medications, but Xyzal is the only brand that truly helps reduce my allergic reactions. It does not make me drowsy, which is important for someone that requires a daily allergy medication all year long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Claritin and a few other allergy meds. Most offered only partial relief at best. With Xyzal my drippy nose and itchy eyes improved to a much more acceptable degree. Still not perfect, but greatly improved Definitely worth a try

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about one hour of taking the sample XYZAL allergy medication, I began feeling a little woozy. My mouth was overly foamy with saliva and my congestion became worse. I sought help from my local urgent care. The PA told me I had an overreaction to something in the XYZAL. He gave me an injection and some prednisone for 7 days. I'm feeling better but no more xyzal for me
