If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! I've tried a lot of allergy medicines and this one is the best for me. It lasts the full 24 hours and honestly sometimes if I forget to take it I don't even notice. Other pills I can tel when I'm getting close to the 12 or 24 hour mark.

My husband and I have been using it for a few weeks on and off, and I have noticed that my allergies are improved we spend our days outdoors. I can say it was better than some of the other allergy over the counter meds that I've tried but it wasn't miraculous. That having been said I appreciate the sample and the opportunity to try Xyzal. My bottom line recommendation would be try it for yourself maybe it'll work better for you and while they're offering samples you won't have to spend a lot of money to find out.

I used my sample of Xyzal right away, and subsequently purchased a bottle. It has worked for me with all of the allergy symptoms as advertised ...hoping they come out with a "D"(decongestant) version - esp one for those people with high blood pressure1
