Because my allergies have been so bad they are not completely relieved. I really appreciate the addition of the sleeping aide added in the formula. I recommend it to a friend who is having a hard time also.

I tried the actual tablet it made me feel OK. I still had a lot of sneezing but I think that’s because I have severe allergies. Better than others I have used in the past. However, with metal illness - specifically bipolar disorder, t had a marked impact on my mood and mental well being.
