As long as I keep up with allergy medication, I can usually keep mine under control. This medication worked as expected for me, so the factor that may help me decide on which medication to take will probably be cost per day

I got this in a 5pk sample, this stuff is great. I don't really have any cons because this stuff is great. It's lasting and it really helps with allergies. It is a little expensive but its totally great so it's worth the money. Will continue to buy for sure

This has helped me greatly because my allergies are the worst in the spring. Felt great to be able to go outside and not sneeze over and over. Not having tons of tissues piling up in my pocket from blowing my nose. A breath of relief !!

I was using another med before this but the relief wasn't as good as I anticipated given how drowsy it made me. Happy to have something that will get me through the entire day and keep me awake to enjoy it!

I have been using Xyzal for about a year now, year round for my many allergies. It works in the one hour time frame as advertised. I feel it works almost all the way up to the 24 hour mark also. BUT even with taking it at night the drowsy effect is something serious. It makes me wonder if melatonin is in here! Benadryl does not make me drowsy but you can bet my eyes are dropping 50 minutes into the dose. Overall, I do recommend but take when you can be sure to get a full night's rest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This medicine makes me super drowsy and I am not a fan of how it makes me feel. I think with my allergies not being very severe, I would rather deal with those symptoms than take this medicine to relieve them.

Didn't sleep well throughout the night, felt disgusting the whole time and haven't finished the sample. Didn't want to have the same experience again, so haven't tried a second time. Tired, trouble falling and staying asleep, nightmares, felt drowsy and groggy and all around bad the next day.
