Tried Xyzal and my allergies cleared up. I even worked in the yard the following day with no problems. The negative is drowsiness. I wonder if my body would get used to the ingredients if I used it daily, but I used it one day here, then another day there. Each time, I felt drowsy the next day and ended up taking a nap because I couldn’t keep my eyes open.

I haven’t found many allergy medications that work without making me feel a little sluggish and XYZAL did just what it says it does. I been taking zyzal for over a year now and no nose bleeds. I do use colonnade also with it. I will continue to take zyzal.

It worked great for my runny nose and sneezing but didn't do anything for the subsequent stuffy nose, which was still pretty irritating.
