To be fair, it does calm down my itchy eyes and runny nose, which is a relief. The downside is that it takes a while to kick in, and sometimes it makes me feel a little groggy—not ideal when I need to be sharp during the day. It’s definitely better than nothing and works okay if I plan ahead, but it’s not the “total relief” I was hoping for. Solid middle-of-the-road option! The ingredients, value for your money and packaging are average.

I have tried this Xyzal 24hr allergy before for my toddler 2years old ( the baby versione one) and it went well for him. Small pills easy to swallow and they’re also available the liquid one for toddler. Worth the price!!!

I could not believe how fast it worked and and continued working throughout the day - complete relief.. I take it at night now, sleep better and am basically allergy-symptom free throughout the next day. XYZAL is now a staple in my medicine cabinet for both my husband and I.

Most of them wear off after just a couple of hours, these truly last a full 24 hrs. It's great to be able to take it once a day and be able to have an allergy free day. This is now my new allergy medication.

No major side effects, I do feel a touch drowsy but that is to be expected. Lasted me for the most of the day while I am out and about. Overall I am happy with this allergy relief.
