It certainly works better than most, if not all, of the other OTC medications I’ve tried for my allergies. I do notice my nose still runs a bit on and off but don’t have the sneezing and stuffy nose I often have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given a sample of Xyzal to try. It says to take at night. Done. I did get a little drowsy, but not as bad as a Benadryl. I just didn’t get much allergy relief. Eyes were still crusted shut when I woke up. Nose was still itchy, sneezy, and runny. Congestion in sinuses eased a wee bit but not much. In its defense, not many OTC allergy meds work for me. I’ve tried them all over the past 30+ years.
