I experienced relief by the end of the second day and it worked great for me. I would highly recommend this product to anyone experiencing any issues with constipation or irregularity. I will definitely purchase this and use as a regular staple. I also gave this product the highest rating as I feel it truly deserves it.

It does have a dusty kind of taste but if you mix it with juice, you can’t tell it’s there. I recommend using it for about a week since it takes a day or two to get everything up and running.

Then, afterwords, my stomach starts feeling a little bloated and I get constipated. I know this is TMI but let’s get real being constipated is no fun.
