It provides relief witching usually 6 hours and does what it claims. I feel so much better using this and I definitely recommend anyone using it.

I got this miralax a little while back for my constipation that I rarely get and like most laxatives, it works but it is easy on my body. The powder is easy to swallow and has virtually no taste, the powder dissolves and I don’t even notice that I have it in my drink. This is the easy laxative.

Lol. Wouldn't take before needing to go out and doing things as it can take effect with little warning. Would recommend to anyone constipated.
