It is so convenient just opening the packet and pouring it into any drink It works exactly the way the package says it should. I know a few people who use this as well for occasional constipation and have only good things to say about it. It is gentle. I didn't feel any cramping or discomfort. I am not a big fan of drinking any kind of medicine, I would rather swallow a pill, however, this has no taste or grittiness and the fact that you can add it to any hot or cold drink makes this a great option for those who don't like drinking medicine. I have added it to coffee and also orange juice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the miralax in a single pack the other day, because i have occasional constipation alot and all you do is open a pax & pour into any drink you have hot or cold it is pre measured also this has no taste at all ,so if you have say apple juice you pour a pax in, stir up and drink you will not notice it at all only the next morning you will go to the bathroom like you always should it is very gentle on your stomach use this every day if need be because it is safe too.

I got this for relief from constipation after a recommendation from my doctor. Several great qualities in my opinion! It's tasteless in coffee, juice, tea, even water. It doesn't change the consistency of the liquid it's in either. Gentle on your stomach and doesn't cause cramping or bloating like some laxatives I've tried.
