I feel it depends on the person and your digestive system. It's worth it to give it a shot but if you're someone who has problems every week where it's four/five days with nothing I wouldn't recommend trying it because it won't really do much for you.

I just had an abdominal surgery last week. I have not been able to have a bowel movement yet. My doctor recommended this product. I’m so glad. It worked quickly (less than 12 hours)…I took it at night and by morning I was able to go. What a relief. I didn’t even realize how bad it was making me feel after my surgery. I felt like a new person! If you’re having a procedure or a surgery, ask your doctor about this product for after surgery. This helped there be no excessive pressure on my incision and inside the abdominal area. And? When they say no grit and no taste? They absolutely mean it. I’m a person who finds it extremely difficult to drink any “medication/drinks” that doctors and hospitals sometimes make you drink. Lol. This was a piece of cake. I so appreciate that more than you know! I would highly recommend this product!!! :)))

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Miralax is easy to mix in hot or cold beverages as it dissolves fast. I prefer to mix it in tea so I can sip slowly. It does not take long for it to work and there is no cramping. It is helpful when medications stop me from “going”

It makes it very convenient to have in your purse and keep them while in the go. The taste is good doesnt over powder and has quickly become my go to when Im feeling like I need some extra help. The powder is not gritty when you use it. It depends into the water well. No clumps or "sandy" taste. Great product.

I have extensive arthritis, and the cap on the Miralax bottle is impossible to open. I raised 3 kids, and not one of them were ever poisoned because I WATCHED THEM. These child-proof caps that are on everything are discriminatory against people with disabilities. People need to watch their kids instead of you making my life miserable. I need you to send me an an equivalent of 14 once-daily doses (8.3 oz) in the single dose packets.
