Easy to make, add to any drink (I did apple juice) the cap itself gives you proper measurement! Dissolves quickly (no chunks or product left at the bottom of the cup) tasteless! It has also become a replacement for the nasty mag citrate used for Colonoscopies. I easily mixed one scoop into my coffee for two days. It was odorless and I couldn't taste it. It gently works to soften and help pass when you're mildly constipated. It is how we very expensive compared to it's competition. I didn't experience many side effects. Little more gassy but no cramping.
