I experienced relief by the end of the second day and it worked great for me. I would highly recommend this product to anyone experiencing any issues with constipation or irregularity. I will definitely purchase this and use as a regular staple. I also gave this product the highest rating as I feel it truly deserves it.

It’s a tasteless powder that can be added to any of your favorite drinks when you need a little help in the bathroom. This has always been my go to when I’m feeling in a bind. I got this for relief from constipation after a recommendation from my doctor. Several great qualities in my opinion! It's tasteless in coffee, juice, tea, even water. It doesn't change the consistency of the liquid it's in either. Gentle on your stomach and doesn't cause cramping or bloating like some laxatives I've tried. I tried MiraLax and was amazed how it worked. I put some in my juice, it mixed great, no taste or aftertaste. I was surprised how well it worked and the packets are great to take on the go or for traveling.

I really like these powders. As a person that deals with constipation a lot these powders really come in handy. I mix them with my orange juice before bed and I don't get cramps or feel any discomfort when I use them. I like them very much and I do recommend them a lot to my friends and family.
