I really like these powders. As a person that deals with constipation a lot these powders really come in handy. I mix them with my orange juice before bed and I don't get cramps or feel any discomfort when I use them. I like them very much and I do recommend them a lot to my friends and family.

I tried it in plain water and couldn't tell there was anything in it, and I also tried it in some water with flavor drops. It stirred together easily and truly didn't have grit. It does work as far as stimulating a bowel movement, but I'm only giving it three stars because I woke up in the middle of the night extremely dehydrated. This is because of how the product works, so I don't recommend taking it at night or times when you're unable to drink a LOT of extra water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wouldn't trust a product like this that doesn't transparently display their ingredients right on their label... was hoping this would be like Metamucil or "Colon Broom" but I won't know cause even after searching online I was still unclear about what's in this, however it was pretty clear it's not good for you at best, cancer causing at worst.... thanks but no thanks.

I used to have to put a bit in a ziploc bag, or carry around the entire bottle with me, which can be embarrassing. These little to go packs are awesome! I just add it to a glass of water and and there is no taste at all. It works well for me and does not give you any cramping.
