It’s the only one that doesn’t give me a stomach ache or sharp gas pains from over acting my intestines. It DOES however make whatever drink you put it into a little thicker so be wary if you’re a texture person

This has saved me! I take medication that makes me suffer from constipation and this always keeps me going! There is so scent and mixes into my water really well. It’s tasteless! It’s a good price for the amount you get! The cap can be used for measurements which is a big plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, so honestly I am surprised by this. I thought for sure it would leave some kind of after taste, or greasy feeling in my mouth. I thought it would thicken whatever liquid I put it in. That did not happen. There was no taste, no thickening and no greasy feeling. I tried it in my Light peach tea, and it tasted fine. No discernible difference at all!! I am honestly very happy with this product and I will buy it again.

No matter where you happen to be. With Miralax there was no rush. Very gentle but worked well. Can mix with almost any drink. It adds no taste so you dont even know it's there. I've been working out and as part of the process, I've been adding more protein to my diet. With an increased protein intake, comes constipation, boooo. I mixed a packet of the powder in cold water, the ultimate test, and shook it up. I used a shaker bottle with a metal ball and after a few shakes, the powder dissolved completely. I added in my beverage and there was no change to the flavor. I wasn't sure what to expect, TBH, part of me was expecting a Dumb and Dumber moment. It was nothing like that. Everything was normal, just easier. I'm very surprised and happy that the product made a difference but it wasn't a drastic impact.

the perfect solution to constipation for me. I don't even know it is there when mixed in my morning coffee, yet it works within 24hrs in a normal manner with no cramping or intestinal misery at all. after discovering miralax, never again will I resort to harsh stimulants of any kind - a wonderful product!

I used to have to put a bit in a ziploc bag, or carry around the entire bottle with me, which can be embarrassing. These little to go packs are awesome! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wouldn't trust a product like this that doesn't transparently display their ingredients right on their label... was hoping this would be like Metamucil or "Colon Broom" but I won't know cause even after searching online I was still unclear about what's in this, however it was pretty clear it's not good for you at best, cancer causing at worst.... thanks but no thanks.

Anyhoo..I've been using this a little over a week now and its definitely helped to regulate "things" and I've noticed that I'm not getting cramps like I used to..at least not as bad as they were previously.
