And besides a nasty taste it was really hard on my stomach. I got to try this MiraLAX and it was the best replacement ever. The unflavored powder is pre-measured into pouches that you can dissolve in water, coffee, juice, any beverage! So convenient that is is already measured for you and it's simple to take on the go or pack for a trip. I found it to be completely unflavored and found that for me it worked overnight. I experienced no discomfort, or cramps. And it's from trusted Bayer brand!

The best thing about it is there’s no bitter taste. There’s also no foul or unusual odor. I would mix this with a sweet juice like an apple juice or a fruit juice.

I mix this powder into my coffee and it dissolves easy without any clumps. I did not notice any grit but there is a slight aftertaste. I did not really mind it and I need it for constipation and it helps ease the cramping, bloating and gas. I was able to feel a bit relieved and comfortable.

Wait to be sure you have the “all clear”…haha! Powders can be a bit messy, so ensuring you get the full dose can be a challenge. This could also dissolve better, but pretty easy to disguise the flavor.
