I've found a great remedy for constipation in Miralax. Not only is it effective, it works at a decent gentle pace, which doesn't wreak havoc with your body! Must have for those occasional days when nothing can make one feel better but going to the toilet!

I suffer from occasional constipation and the mix-in pax were so small and discrete that they were easy hidden inside my purse or in my pocket. It's virtually tasteless and mixes well with most drinks which is a big plus!

I take stool softener to ease the process. Miralax helps me a lot. I take it once a week or once every 10 days. It has no flavor. I add it into a glass of water. I absolutely like that it has no aftertaste.

No matter where you happen to be. With Miralax there was no rush. Very gentle but worked well. Can mix with almost any drink. It adds no taste so you dont even know it's there. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have actually used Miralax for years for occasional bouts of constipation, so I was excited to get these Mix-In Pax. The Mix-in Pax are nice. They are pre-measured and easy for taking along if you are traveling. It usually takes a few days of using it and it produces a gentle response, without cramping or ending up with diarrhea. My Mom also uses it and swears by it. Now I can just slip a few of these "pax" in my purse and forget about them until I need them. I just take it in some water because it's tasteless and not gritty. I definitely recommend Miralax as an occasional go-to laxative for mild bouts of constipation.

I am a 75 year old female in reasonably good health, however, I have always struggled with regularity. At the suggestion of my doctor, I am on a daily regiment of taking Miralax powder in the morning and in the evening. No bad cramps, no side effects. Love this product.

My diet was terrible recently while traveling (fast food, cheese steaks, cashews, etc.). Not proud of it. I became more constipated than ever; it was terrible. My doctor told prescribed Miralax. I took it for two days and was able to go just a bit but not nearly enough. I may need something stronger.
