No matter where you happen to be. With Miralax there was no rush. Very gentle but worked well. Can mix with almost any drink. It adds no taste so you dont even know it's there. Will definatly use again.

This works very well for a gentle help in being able to go poo without giving you a stomach ache. If you're constipated I would definitely recommend. Other products I used to alleviate that concern always hit me too hard,& ripped right through me! Cramps with diarrhea,ensued! When I tried MiraLAX as directed, at first I thought it wasn’t going to work,at all...since it didn’t hit me like the others, AT ALL!! I felt...nothing,for a few days...just a weird sort of...calm. Then, about the evening of the third day (not to be indelicate,sorry!), I emptied out like I had taken one of those colon cleansers people so rave about! NO cramping! I've found a great remedy for constipation in Miralax. Not only is it effective, it works at a decent gentle pace, which doesn't wreak havoc with your body! Must have for those occasional days when nothing can make one feel better but going to the toilet!

My diet was terrible recently while traveling (fast food, cheese steaks, cashews, etc.). Not proud of it. I became more constipated than ever; it was terrible. My doctor told prescribed Miralax. I took it for two days and was able to go just a bit but not nearly enough. I may need something stronger.

I tried teas but didn’t really help. I got this a few weeks ago and decided to try it around the time I start my period because that’s when I get bloated the most! Let me tell you, it works! Easy to make, add to any drink (I did apple juice) the cap itself gives you proper measurement! Dissolves quickly (no chunks or product left at the bottom of the cup) tasteless! Does the job I’m very happy!!

I bought got this product to try and see if it would be something that worked for me. I really liked how it was single doses and no need to measure. It blends in well and doesn't taste bad or grainy. It works, it doesn't make you feel sick, it is more inline of a natural release to help you with your constipation. It's great that you can use it when needed, and not an everyday thing.
