I am a 75 year old female in reasonably good health, however, I have always struggled with regularity. At the suggestion of my doctor, I am on a daily regiment of taking Miralax powder in the morning and in the evening. No bad cramps, no side effects. Love this product.

Easily mixes with a glass of water and has no flavor so it goes down easy!! Affordable and I love that the lid is the measuring cup!

I got this a few months back what I like about it is that you can mix it with almost anything. And it's gentle doesn't work like most pills. It gave me a great relief and has no bad taste. I mix mine in applesauce like I said you can mix in anything. Didn't give me cramps either just relief

It works without any kind of stomach cramps - the best laxative I have ever used. These packets make it so much easier to use. No measuring - just pour into your choice of drink and mix. It makes it very convenient to have in your purse and keep them while in the go. The taste is good doesnt over powder and has quickly become my go to when Im feeling like I need some extra help. I feel it depends on the person and your digestive system. It's worth it to give it a shot but if you're someone who has problems every week where it's four/five days with nothing I wouldn't recommend trying it because it won't really do much for you.
