Both my son and i have used this product and noticed marked improvements in our bowel health. It's also easier to use with the single use packets rather than having to measure. We will buy this again.

I've been working out and as part of the process, I've been adding more protein to my diet. With an increased protein intake, comes constipation, boooo. I mixed a packet of the powder in cold water, the ultimate test, and shook it up. I used a shaker bottle with a metal ball and after a few shakes, the powder dissolved completely. I added in my beverage and there was no change to the flavor. I wasn't sure what to expect, TBH, part of me was expecting a Dumb and Dumber moment. It was nothing like that. Everything was normal, just easier. I'm very surprised and happy that the product made a difference but it wasn't a drastic impact.

Miralax works easily without the griping experienced with some other laxatives. It took a while work but definitely gave the relief that I needed. It is also easy to mix with different beverages so there is little yucky after taste

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have IBS with both diarrhea and constipation. When. It's C I tend to drink loads of water and eat fiber rich foods, and wait it out. This is inconvenient and just blah. If it were a pill I'd be more apt to take it.

Don’t use this if you can’t stay home for the next day or two Because it does clear out your bowels. It causes a little stomach discomfort. I hope I don’t have to use it again any time soon

You just mix in any drink really well and drink up. Produces results in about a day for me. Not harsh like some other products I’ve tried in the past. Good to have on hand.

After taking this for a day, They were able to feel some comfort. The taste is not that great but you can use the powder in any juice of your choice to mask the taste a little.

Anyhoo..I've been using this a little over a week now and its definitely helped to regulate "things" and I've noticed that I'm not getting cramps like I used to..at least not as bad as they were previously.
