It’s a tasteless powder that can be added to any of your favorite drinks when you need a little help in the bathroom. This has always been my go to when I’m feeling in a bind. It works well and I will always run back to it when I’m stuck.

This MiraLAX powder is a wonderful solution to my problem. You just mix it in a liquid, there is a slight after taste but it works quickly and is very effective.

I've found a great remedy for constipation in Miralax. Not only is it effective, it works at a decent gentle pace, which doesn't wreak havoc with your body! Must have for those occasional days when nothing can make one feel better but going to the toilet!
