MiraLAX works with "the water in your body to hydrate and soften, unblocking your system naturally." This is not a stimulant laxative, so you do not get the side effects like cramping, gas, and bloating. This is an unflavored white powder that dissolves completely in any drink not just water. I personally used water. I used it for three days and it worked like a charm - I had no side effects. I will use and buy MiraLAX again!
