I don't mind the new packaging, but the product the product that comes out of it is soooo much weaker, I do not know how you can make the claim you do. I noticed this the first time I brewed a cup from the new package, I thought it might be just this particular batch, and managed to finish. Next couple boxes from my pantry had same great taste and happened to have the old packaging (not sure why). Now the next box from my pantry has the new packaging and am surprised again by how weak it is. I will have to use 2 teabags per cup to get through it, and after that will have to switch if I cannot find the old packaging (and strength/flavor). I am disappointed. We inherited our Lipton tea choice from grandparents, so family has been drinking for over 60 years.

My go to brand for black tea. The packaging is very convenient and love that Lipton always have a bigger box. The quantity for the quality is not bad for the price. And it’s always easy to brew and open the packaging. Very easy to store as well so it’s great for parents and working adults.

Formerly I thought Lipton to be the very best tea I’d ever had. Growing up Lipton was the expensive, full of flavor tea that only rich people drank. Now as an adult I started buying Lipton as we could afford it, & still enjoy it, but have discovered that it is not as strong of a flavor as I prefer. I am more of an Irish Breakfast, Scottish Breakfast, bold full flavored sweet tea drinker. I do recommend this highly over most store brands of “tea bags” which color your water, but have no taste. Worth the money for flavor.

I've been drinking Lipton tea forever, and it has a crisp tea taste, always smooth. I saw all the bad reviews of the new packaging..I bought it today in the 20 pack new packaging, I think it looks elegant, and I love it. I hope you'll continue to offer it in this new packaging..Thanks very much.

During these quarantine times, small things mean so much - like my favorite cup of tea. It brings me just a little bit of calm and a moment of reflection and comfort in what is now an anxiety-ridden day-to-day. It’s a must have in my household and at such a good price too.

This tea is okay for the most part I only wish that it was a little bit stronger and flavor. I add lemongrass and mint leaves in every cup of my Lipton tea. as a person that drinks tea at least twice a day this certainly isn't my go-to tea brand but certainly one that I would gravitate towards the most. I also like the fact that it can come in a variety of pack and sizes.

My husband and I have been drinking Lipton Tea for over 40 years. Never considered switching brands. But with this new packaging - which I don't like at all - there is a difference in the taste and the smell. I feel the teabag is not as large as the individually packaged ones were. Tea does not have the same strong flavor when brewing a cup. Not happy at all with the change -

I’m giving this 5/5 stars bc everyone that I’ve literally talked to loves Lipton Tea. Except me. I hate tea. But everyone says it tastes great hot or cold! And they love the smell. The packaging comes in easy open packs. You get a good but for your money. And it’s easy to make! THE LIPTON QUICK CHILL METHOD: 1. Fill a pitcher up 1/2 way (that’s like 1 Gallon) with boiling water & drop like 4-5 teabags in for 5 minutes. Or bring 1 gallon water to a boil & then drop the teabags in and sit for 5 minutes in the pot. Then put in pitcher. 2. Fill the rest of the pitcher up with ice. 3. Enjoy now or refrigerate for later. TRY IT HOT: 1. Fill a cup with boiling water & add 1 teabag.* 2. Steep 3-5 minutes. 3. Add milk if desired and sweeten to taste. *Do NOT microwave teabag You can even add honey to it when you got a sore throat!
