I am a 3rd generation sweet tea drinker. My grandma used Lipton tea, my mom used Lipton tea, I use Lipton tea and so do my grown children. I would not even consider switching. I have unfortunately tasted other brands (at the home of friends) and was not impressed. The full flavor of the tea that comes through, the wonderful color, the smell. It’s EVERYTHING. I would def recommend this to ANYONE looking for a good glass of sweet tea or a piping hot cup of tea.

A cup of Lipton's black tea in the morning is a good way to start the day. I enjoy drinking Lipton's black tea every day. It is strong but not as strong as their natural energy black tea. Does not take a long time to steep and foil packaging keeps the tea bags fresh.

I have drank Liptons tea for over 40 years and LOVE the taste however for the past few months the bags have changed. Almost every bag leaks leaves out- not just a few but enough to cover the bottom of the cup. Please, please, please go back to stronger bags. Thank you

This tea is one of my favorites. I love to drink tea in the morning and night and when you mix it with just honey it really tastes so good! I love that it helps me when I’m sick or feeling bloated or just something to fill me up for the mean time with a snack or crackers or crumpets in the side!

The best black tea one can ever drink in any way. I have been drinking black tea all of my life. I have tried from every single brand but my vote always goes to Lipton. The quality of leaves they have the color the richness and aroma is fantastic. I tried with milk and sugar . Brown sugar honey or just regular black it tastes great everytime

Lipton tea bags are my favorite! They work great for a cup of hot tea, or a big pitcher of iced tea. Lipton tea has really good flavor - not too strong, and not too weak. Excellent price point as well. Lipton tea bags have been a staple in my cabinet for many years. 

I bought a new box of Lipton and found that the packaging had changed which I do not consider an improvement. But the worst thing was that the tea tasted weak and flat. I had an old, individually wrapped Lipton tea bag from over a year ago and did a side-by-side taste test. The tea from the old bag tasted great, had a great aroma and full, satisfying taste. The new teabag, unwrapped, was flat and weak. I have even tried using 2 bags of the new tea, and while it is stronger, it still is missing that wonderful aroma and taste. Please don't insist that this is the same tea as before when so many people can tell that it is not. If the average consumer can tell the difference, why can't your experts? I am reluctantly searching for a new flavorful tea brand. I live an hour from the nearest big box store so please don't tell me to get the old packaging there. And what happens when someone buys a big box package of 500 or 1000 teabags and finds that the flavor has been changed in the new supplies of boxes using the old packaging?

I have been a long-time Lipton black tea drinker (over 30 years). I am very disappointed in the change in flavor and change in packaging of their black tea! The tea tastes very thin, even when brewed for a longer period of time. Lipton needs to change back or I will be forced to consider competitors' for my black tea.

I'm not sure what point there was in changing the individually recyclable paper wrapped tea bags to a mass packed foil of some sort that may or may not ever degrade in my lifetime. If it was to protect the freshness or flavor, well that changes the minute you open it. The flavor is way off and not as strong as usual. I often take individual tea bags on the go and find this change very annoying. Not to mention possibly having someone's fingers touching my tea bag before I do or vise versa is just gross. Please go back to the way it was.

Lipton is my family's choice. Consistent flavor and brewing time. Available in several sizes for a single cup, all the way to a full pitcher. I love purchasing the gallon size bags, which make it super easy to make a full pitcher (or more - for picnics).
