Like many of the other recent reviews, I'm very dissatisfied with the new packaging. The tea does not stay as fresh. It takes on other favors from the cabinet which results in tea tasting odd. I realize the new packaging saved Lipton money, however ultimately you will lose revenue since sales will decrease. I used to tell people my favorite black tea was Lipton - consistent, reliable and a bold strong black tea flavor. In no longer tell people that. I'm currently looking for a new reliable black tea. Please go back to the old packaging. Thank you.

I am glad that I am not the only one who thinks that both the packaging and flavor of your latest change is unsanitary and that the tea now has a very bland and almost nonexistent flavor. You have left me no other choice but to seek an alternative brand.

I love Lipton black tea and it reminds me of my childhood. Ha. It's a smooth black tea when I'm not in the mood for coffee and it's so good with a splash of oatmilk or evaporated milk since neither are too heavy to take away from the smoothness of the tea.

This tea is a staple. This tea is one of the best brands I like! I love the packaging and the flavor. I use this for hot or cold depending and how I am feeling that day! Oh man I don't have any negative things to say about this. I just love it all around.

Everyone knows you don't mess with a Texan's sweet tea but somebody's done gone and fouled up. The new tea bags specially formulated for iced tea are a bad joke. The taste isn't there and the tea is weak. Please bring back the good taste and hearty strength of the Lipton we've always loved. And from reading the other reviews on this site, it looks like I'm not the only person less than happy with Lipton right now.

I have been drinking this tea since I can remember and could not go a day without it. I wake up to a cup, go to bed with a cup, and I even brew it to make iced tea in the summer. I consider myself a "Tea-aholic" and have tried teas of all kinds, but to me nothing compares to the flavor and the fragrance of a cup of my Lipton Black Tea. Don't know what I would do with out it

I love this black tea! It has an amazing flavor. The only thing I would say is if you drinking it warm it is a bit drying on the mouth. I have no idea why but it kind of gives me cotton mouth. Always room for improvement although I truly do love this tea.

Lipton Black Tea taste great. I usually like to brew it then make it cold! Brews great! Price for the tea bags are really cheap too and they last a pretty long time. I did notice the strings do break very easily though so I usually have to scoop them out.

I love your tea and have been drinking it for years. My one problem is with the new design of the packaging. I don't like the gold foil and boxes that the tea bags on in. I have a special container that I kept my tea bags in and the new packaging don't fit in it.
