While I'm happy that you are helping the environment by not using as much paper in your new packaging, personally I prefer the old envelope package. As others have said the envelope travels much better and neater. In addition I like to wrap the used teabag in the envelope to throw it away. Unquestionably, none of my reasons are more important than helping the environment, so I except the change without question.

These are the only tea bags that I use they are the best and I don't ever use any other kind....I like to make my tea in a coffee pot then let it sit and cool before putting it in tjw fridge to get good and cold....I have boiled it on the stove as well

I brew this tea 2 gallons at a time using the 1 quart envelopes of tea, serve it over ice, and go to it throughout the day during summer months. It would be nice if there was a string attached to those quart bags, but having to fish out the bag with a set of tongs doesn't deter me in the slightest. The Cold Brew tea is good, but the Hot Brew tea works up just as well when I'm making Sun Tea.

I have switched to a different tea because of the flavor (or lack of) and the change in packaging. I used to use Lipton for hot and cold tea however I have switched to two other brands one for hot and another for cold. I had used Lipton my whole life so I am saddened to have had to switch away due to whomever thought changing quality on both issues was a good idea.

I am 69 years of age and have been drinking Lipton Tea since I was old enough to drink tea. My dear mother drank nothing but Lipton Tea her entire life. It is a full bodied rich tea. There are so many brands of teas and tea companies but nothing could make me change from my Lipton. Thank you for continuing to offer a wonderful tea through many, many decades.

I love getting a cup of hot tea. These are so nice and I love how they are wrapped in rides to keep them from going stale so fast. This tea is even really good to make a gallon and put in the fridge for cold iced tea. It's perfect for a bit sunny day.

Growing up as a British child, we had Lipton’s Black Tea every single morning with a splash of milk and some sugar! You couldn’t forget the English biscuits as well. My Nanny and I would wake up early, sit outside with our tea, and watch the birds for hours! Lipton will forever be a part of my life and has been a part of so many wonderful memories!

Full disclosure, I’m a total tea snob. I love all sorts of fancy teas but man… there is nothing and I mean nothing that will bring me more comfort than a cub of Lipton tea. I don’t know if it’s the nostalgia or what but I’ll choose this tea over any other every time

I don't know what all the fuss is about the envelope I like the fact that they are in a sleeve and that I am not throwing away an extra piece of paper. (Save a tree). The tea tastes the same and I also have been drinking Lipton for at least 45 years. Don't go back to the old way, this makes more sense.

I bought the new Fresh pack.I didn't know this before two days ago when I almost ran out of tea bags in my house and I wanted buy some more. I was very surprised to see the gold foil packs. I had been a Lipton Tea drinker for a long time.My parents also drank it and when I got married and started my family I still drank Lipton tea. I absolutely love it.
