I am a tea fanatic. Theses and Tazo are one of the first brands I started to purchase. It is a staple price in my home. It is super affordable and is great quality. I enjoy it very much. You can drink it as a regular hot tea or make it iced which is great.

Love Lipton Tea! My husband and I drink 2-3 gallons of iced tea each week (more for summer in the south) plus hot tea at night. As a graphic designer, I was pleased with the pretty new lockbox package because it works great at keeping the bags in when I put it back into my overstuffed cabinet. However, other changes in the packaging were very displeasing and will cause me to rethink my purchase: 1. Individually paper-wrapped teabags were replaced by polyethylene foil wrapped 25-ct. "tea trays". – Foil multi-packs makes sense only for the larger "iced tea sized" bags, but not the individual size. When hot beverage consumer products are leaning toward individual serving packs like k-cups, open tea trays makes no sense for on-the-go convenience sake. Why change a good thing? 2. Two-ink printed tea tags (part of the convenient wrapper) were replaced with 4-ink/double-sided/with aqueous coating/die cut tags. – Although the coating is non-toxic, I really don't want it in my tea (which inevitably ends up in my cup to soak into the hot liquid). This extra shiny coating also adds strength to the tag so the pointy edges poke your skin– ouch! Simple is best; no need for all the extra printing steps. Heck, I'd even prefer an unbleached paper wrapper/tag with 1-ink printing for health sake. 3. I can't attest to any change in quality since I just opened the new box, but I think the air exposure to the remaining bags in the open tray would cause some loss in quality. PLEASE, PLEASE go back to the individually paper wrapped tea bags!!!

The new packaging makes it inconvenient to take to work or keep in a purse or backpack, and the strings are not as long.The tea seems bitter not as smooth. Is there a chance you will go back to the old packaging?

The new packaging didn't bother me as I store my tea in a glass container with a lid and I have a small tin I use to carry bags in my purse. However, the taste is different than it used to be. I have been drinking Lipton tea for years and it's not as good as it used to be. Seems weaker.

I have used this brand and tea bag since I was young. Personally I love using this to make a cup of hot tea on a chilly morning or for a nice glass of iced tea. This brand of tea can always be found in my kitchen cabinet. Good value for the money and I would highly recommend.

A hot cup of black tea with buttered toast in the morning is better than any other breakfast. I absolutely love this tea. Theres no better tea than liptons tea. Ive Been drinking liptons since I was a child and I dont even think about switching brands.

I am disappointed with the new packaging for Lipton Tea. Having read some of the corporate responses to other negative reviews regarding the new gold sleeves of unwrapped tea bags, it appears the justification for the elimination of the paper envelope is to "keep the tea fresher" and "save the environment re:paper". I find it surprising that the small amount of thin paper saved from the envelopes is "better" than the creation of a cardboard tray that contains each 25 teabags, and the gold plastic/mylar sleeve that encloses them. The packaging also states that the gold sleeve is supposed to keep the bags fresh. It seems odd to think that having all 25 bags fully exposed to air the day you open the package is somehow keeping the tea "fresher" than before. It appears I'm not the only consumer to be disgusted by the unsanitary open teabags for fingers to touch on when retrieving a bag from the cannister. Hoping you'll return to the old-style packaging, or I will be switching to a different brand of tea.

I'm so disappointed in the new foil packaging. I've been drinking Lipton tea for over 60 years. I loved the convenience of the single wrapped tea bags. I always have some in my purse and take them with me when I travel. Like others I keep my tea in a container on the counter, the individually wrapped bags were always fresh and sanitary. After reading the reviews I agree the taste and color of the brewed tea is weaker. Please listen to your customers and return to the individual wrapped bags and bring back the wonderful flavor of my favorite tea.

For many years I have bought Lipton tea bags in the 100 count box and they were individually wrapped. I was able to store all my wrapped tea bags in a canister. I was able to take them with me when I travel and liked the fact that were individually wrapped and not messy. Now you have the new packaging in which you put four narrow boxes of 25 count unwrapped tea bags with foil over each 25 count box. Your box says this is to "help preserve its taste and aroma." One issue is - once the foil is opened all 25 tea bags are exposed until used. My MAIN issues though, are that the new packaging is messy and not as sanitary! Before with the individually wrapped bags there was very little mess and they were easy to travel with, Now they are making a mess in my canister and not as sanitary to travel with. If people come over to our home and drink tea it is not as sanitary because the bags are not individually wrapped. Please bring back individually wrapped tea bags.

A lot of tea, but affordable and worth it for me since I drink at least one cup a day. Your typical black tea flavor, nothing too crazy, but great for your every day caffeine needs. The tea bags are packaged into 25 count portions, not individual. So you can't take one on the go with you, but great for at home.
