Have drank Lipton tea for years and love its taste. The first box of new packaging I opened was fine but the second box is full of loose tea. I have to strain every cup which is very inconvenient. Also can not take a few wrapped packs with me anymore. Please reconsider this marketing idea!

I have drank Liptons tea for over 40 years and LOVE the taste however for the past few months the bags have changed. Almost every bag leaks leaves out- not just a few but enough to cover the bottom of the cup. Please, please, please go back to stronger bags. Thank you

I drink this every morning! It tastes great, I add a little sugar and oat milk. Its inexpensive and not hard to find at your local store or bodega. They also have a decaf version that I also enjoy. My mom has been giving this to us since we were younger and part of the reason I love it so much. I make it the same way she did every morning. Reminds me of breakfast before school.  

I use this product every day. I make a gallon with 2 cups of sugar. Good value with a very good taste. I highly recommend this product. My whole family uses this tea. Great for family meals down in the south. I tease my family up north who hardly drink tea

Super easy to reseal and use for a long period of time. Tea tastes great, able to make huge batches of black tea all at once and enjoy a cup hot or iced any time or place! Only complaint is they aren’t individually bagged to travel with but I do love the convenience of pulling the tray out to make several cups of this!

Whoever came up with the idea of the new packaging needs to rethink it. While it is very pretty to look at and probably eco-friendly, it is awful! It is hard to open the foil without tearing it - there goes the so called freshness. You cannot take a tea bag on the go either! I am very disappointed in the change! If this isn't changed back, I will be looking for a new brand. If all tea brands go to this type of packaging, that will be the day I stop drinking/making tea! I have been drinking Lipton tea most of my life and I am over 50! Please, Lipton, go back to the old packaging!

This is a product that I mostly drink in this time of the year. The packaging is good and I don’t think it needs improvement. As a habitual user of this tea, i think only some ice cubes are the finishing touch. I recommend anyone and everyone to try it now

I drank Lipton exclusively for over 25 years, but had to make a change when you did away with individually wrapped bags. The tea no longer was strong enough and lost its savory flavor. I now by Bromley Estate Tea and its better and less expensive! If you bring back the individually wrapped bags, I might change back. I have tea after every meal.

I have drank Lipton tea my entire life! When this new packaging came out, my family didn't think much of it and kept buying. HOWEVER, we are considering switching to a new brand because out of every gallon of tea we make, we have to throw away the last quart due to the "floaties" as we call them dominating our glass. It's like drinking a glass full of coffee grounds! And the taste is just somehow different, and not in such a good way! I'm not sure what made the change, or after so many one star reviews you as a company wouldn't decide to change it back to the single serve packets but as a very dissatisfied customer, and from what it seems like well over 400 other customers, I would be going back to the drawing board. I know as one voice sometimes we are overlooked, but as a group we should be heard, so hear us! Please! And switch back to the way things were. If it's not broke, don't fix it!

I LOVE the Lipton Black Tea. It is the only thing that I drink. I have been drinking it for 45 years and I always carry the individually wrapped tea bags in my purse to make sure that I have it everywhere I go . The last time I bought my 100 count box I was sad to see the new packageing..4 gold boxes filled with unwrapped bags of tea. I could not carry them with me and they lost the beautiful smell and flavor. Please go back to the individual wrapped bags..I,m begging you.
