I have been drinking Lipton tea over 40 years. What ever happened to the tea bags being individually packed? I can't take them with me, in my purse anymore. I am afraid that if I do that, the bags will rip, and I have tea all over the place. I enjoy the tea, but now it is becoming hard to find the right box of Lipton. The grocery stores don't carry them. All they have is the new packaging that your company has come up with. I see a lot of other people are dissatisfied with the product due to packaging. Sometimes a new way of doing things is not a better product. I am sure that your sales are declining because of this. Simply said,,,don't fix something if it ain't broke.

Hard to find a decent black tea that isn't infused with all kinds of flavor. I love liston because I can add my own flavors and herbs to it or I can drink it black and either way I've got a extremely good black tea! It's available everywhere which is also a plus!

I have been drinking Lipton for over 50 years and the change in your teabags and flavor have almist made me change brands. The flavor is best described as "yucky". It's not something I will continue to drink. The teabag is very weak. I like to drink a cup of tea in the morning but I am literally drinking the tea leaves because the bag cannot withstand the microwave. I am very disappointed in the lack of quality and the downgrade in flavor.

I love flavored tea, white tea, black tea, green tea, love them. I'm glad companies like Lipton, that are easily found in the grocery store, have started making them. Black tea almost tastes like it's from the East. It's kind of a smoky flavor I love.

I have been a Lipton tea lover for 40 years or better. The new sealed packaging is not any good for those of us who grab the packets and put them in our purse or pocket. I carry Lipton tea with me all the time. Well I used to, before you decided to change a good thing. Don't like the packaging and don't like the tea like I used to. It doesn't have the flavor it used to.

Smaller tea bags packaged in a sleeve? No good. Tea is weaker, not the same taste and even adding more bags to get flavor and color the taste is not the same. Additionally insulting is that it costs more to buy 100 bags of less value. I am unhappy with this rip-off change. Annoying wrapped string around much small bag containing less tea. Why have you changed the iced tea favorite of mine for years and years?

I have been a lifetime Lipton tea drinker. As an adult I have a cup of Lipton every morning. However lately I noticed the flavor has become very weak. I put milk and sweetener in my tea and it tastes like I'm drinking hot milk. In the past I would have a nice strong robust cup of tea. I leave the tea bag in the cup while I drink it. Now I can barely taste it. I am presently researching other breakfast teas. If you don't like bergamot oil stay away from Earl Grey! I don't know if Lipton is using different tea leaves or it's the terrible bulk packaging instead of individual packaging they're using to save a dime but the quality has definitely suffered. I have tried three other teas so far and will find another one to replace Lipton.

I am in total agreement with all the reviews and complaints about the new packaging! It's awful and you really should go back to having individual wrappers. As someone expressed sometimes you grab a few to bring to work etc. and now they are just opened tea bags with no protection. And for some reason the cardboard that is attached to the string falls off all the time. They are not as secure. It would be appreciated if you would go back to the old packaging with the individual wrapper. As another tea drinker commented if it's not broken why try to fix it!

I, like my entire family, had always enjoyed lipton tea. We went through boxes of it monthly. We were all dismayed at the removal of individually wrapped packaging so we looked elsewhere. We found twinnings; it is incredible. If not for the removal of the packaging, we would have never found this treasure. Thank you so much!!

I put my teabags in a canister and would rather have them wrapped individually like they used to be. It just seems more sanitary to me. However, I don't think there's any difference in the taste as some people are saying. Lipton is still the best tea there is.
