Lipton black tea is the most classic tea there is around. When I was in England they would have Lipton. It would taste so much better then the Lipton in the US and I was so confused. I want to know the reason for this discrepancy. Dear, Lipton please tell us why your tea is better in the UK than in the US. Sincerely, Everyone who knows what they’re missing. P.S. doubling the tea bags doesn’t help this issue and is the reason for my four star review.

Since you have removed the envelope from the tea bag it make it impossible to drink the tea at my job the tea bags are expose for everyone to touch. and if I bring some from home what ever dust and sharp objects in my handbag causes me not to get my cup of tea though out the day, with the price of tea now I can't throw tea bag away like that I love my tea and I don't want another brand of tea. Something needs to be done, with the openness of the tea bag losses some of it flavor.

I've been drinking Lipton tea for about 20 years, and the robust flavor has gone away. The latest move with the foil packs seems to distract from what appear to be smaller individual tea bags. For strong tea I usually steep mine for about 25 minutes, but now I can't get a robust cup without using 2 tea bags. I guess they didn't think we would notice the lower quality and/or the reduced amount of tea in each bag. Sooooo, in an effort to increase profits, they lose their loyal customers. Sad.

The most recent box I bought still has the individually wrapped tea bags. However, it is not the same tea inside. At first I thought my taste buds were off. Then I checked the box thinking there was a new mint flavor and I picked up the wrong box, because it has a mild minty flavor now. But the box was the same. It is not just weak but is missing that trademark full bodied delicious flavor and have to agree it is terrible. Finally I googled it to see what was up. I was wondering why I kept dumping it thinking I made it wrong or it had been sitting too long. Have been drinking the old lipton tea since I was 5, now I am 55, so for fifty years. Guess it had a good run. Will never ever buy it again, it is barely drinkable now, and unfortunately no one else has that exact inexplicable "Lipton Tea Bag" Taste. I'll just buy Bigelow English Breakfast which is at least drinkable. So long to an era!

This is the only Tea bags I will use to make my sweet tea, it has the absolutely best flavor. On the plus side its also very cheap. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to make some genuine Southern Sweet tea. I will be buying this product again.

This black tea can be made so many ways and still be full of bold flavor. The flavor is strong even when this is upgraded to a tea latte with cream and sugar. I'm so glad Lipton came out with organic black tea and hopefully all of their teas will be organic in the future.

This tea is so refreshing and versatile. I drink it hit in the morning and cold with lunch or dinner. I'm not a fan of the package because of the space our tea is kept. We add it to a jar and the bags hold up well. Out of all the black tea I've had, Lipton is my fav.

I grew up drinking Lipton tea, in my house there was no other choice. I have been in the Navy 24 years and one of the items that comes on my deployments with me is Lipton Tea. I have tried tea all over the world, had tea in London, at a tea house in Victoria, Canada, I am a tea person, but I always have a Lipton when given the choice. I like the new packaging, the old ones would sometimes tear when taking them out of the individual paper packs. The little square at the end of the string would often come off also. The new packaging prevents this. I think people don't like change. When on the go, I grab a few bags, throw them in a zip lock bag and I am good. I think the new box looks nice, and for me it works.

I really love drinking this on the morning when i dont want coffee or even make iced tea with it but if you dont like it too strong be aware black tea is strong enough but some other brands i found they dont taste as strong as this one honestly this is my favorite because of that reason

I have been a big fan of your black tea for MANY years, but (sorry to be so negative) I get angry now every time I make your tea because I can't stand the foil wrapping! I loved the individual wrapped ones, as they were MUCH easier to grab a bunch , and the tea stays much fresher (as another reviewer commented about). Everytime I see the foil wrapping, "cut costs" comes to mind, and it makes me sad
