I am so glad you changed the package. It keeps tea fresher longer. I take one sleeve out to put in my canister (still in the foil) I put the other three in a zip lock bag and put in the freezer til needed. I have been a tea drinker for many years. I have tried other brands but always came back to Lipton. Other teas just don't compare.

I was just trying to write limit a comment about my dissatifaction with they black tea which I have love for a very long time and the minute I tried their new tea in the more closable box which wasn''t necessary i immediately noticed its much weaker flavor and I am not happy with it. I could not send them my comment as don't have the manufacturer's code, etc. that they require to correspond with them but definitely will take the time to write all this out to them again as now very dissatisified with their black tea now.

I have been drinking this tea since I can remember and could not go a day without it. I wake up to a cup, go to bed with a cup, and I even brew it to make iced tea in the summer. I consider myself a "Tea-aholic" and have tried teas of all kinds, but to me nothing compares to the flavor and the fragrance of a cup of my Lipton Black Tea. Don't know what I would do with out it

I just wanted to let you know how much I really hate the new packaging for the 100 bag pack of Lipton tea. I really enjoyed the individualized packages of tea. It is very tacky (and not to mention unsanitary) to leave a carton of tea that is not individually wrapped in our break room at work. Seems no one wants tea from an open package. Also very tacky to serve an opened tea bag to guests at home. I hope you will reconsider and go back to the old way of packaging your tea, that's what your loyal users are use to. Looks like the bags are smaller but I compared them to an older bag I had and it seems to be the same size. I also have not noticed a difference in the taste...just the packaging.

Lipton Black Tea is my favorite beverage to drink. I make it in a picture and put it in my fridge or I will make sun tea and put it outside or I will make HOT tea depending what kind of mood I'm in. It is always tea for me. With lipton tea bags you can make it several different ways. They also have decaffeinated lipton tea which I also buy and drink. Just put some sugar in it and your off to the river. Lipton tea is very easy to make and it tastes amazing. Lipton is also a very good quality of tea so it is a little spendy but well worth it. I definitely recommend anyone to try Lipton tea they also have it in lemon flavor. 👍👍👍👍👍

Love Lipton Tea! My husband and I drink 2-3 gallons of iced tea each week (more for summer in the south) plus hot tea at night. As a graphic designer, I was pleased with the pretty new lockbox package because it works great at keeping the bags in when I put it back into my overstuffed cabinet. However, other changes in the packaging were very displeasing and will cause me to rethink my purchase: 1. Individually paper-wrapped teabags were replaced by polyethylene foil wrapped 25-ct. "tea trays". – Foil multi-packs makes sense only for the larger "iced tea sized" bags, but not the individual size. When hot beverage consumer products are leaning toward individual serving packs like k-cups, open tea trays makes no sense for on-the-go convenience sake. Why change a good thing? 2. Two-ink printed tea tags (part of the convenient wrapper) were replaced with 4-ink/double-sided/with aqueous coating/die cut tags. – Although the coating is non-toxic, I really don't want it in my tea (which inevitably ends up in my cup to soak into the hot liquid). This extra shiny coating also adds strength to the tag so the pointy edges poke your skin– ouch! Simple is best; no need for all the extra printing steps. Heck, I'd even prefer an unbleached paper wrapper/tag with 1-ink printing for health sake. 3. I can't attest to any change in quality since I just opened the new box, but I think the air exposure to the remaining bags in the open tray would cause some loss in quality. PLEASE, PLEASE go back to the individually paper wrapped tea bags!!!

To be honest I stopped drinking Lipton tea some 30+ years ago by switching over to the green tea craze.. This past 2020 holiday season I drank a cup of Lipton tea and was amazed on great it was and how the taste was the same as I remembered!.. I'm now into my 2nd box and been enjoying it so much.. I alternate between drinking it plain no sugar or add a little heavy cream or a tablespoon canned coconut cream.. So good!

I have grown up drinking Black Tea with honey and milk. This is my go to near enough every morning. I brew 1 tea bag with 1 tablespoon of honey and some Vanilla Almond Milk. While this is brewing, I sometimes add in 3 cloves to add some extra flavor to my tea.

It is bags of tea. Not a whole lot to say about it other than it does taste good when prepared properly. I like it better than the cheaper kinds, it is higher priced than most. I don't purchase other brands personally. I am a repeat customer you could say. I am satisfied with this tea, rather it be iced or hot.

Very sad. I love the tea, I've been drinking for years, but the new packaging is terrible! It doesn't keep it fresh at all. It's difficult to open and close. The gold wrapping is thin and cheap! I miss the single packaging before, it kept the tea fresh each single wrapped tea and they were easy to take to go, I could put one in my purse or work bag. Please wrap them single again, so we can be happy again. Thanks
