I have been drinking Lipton for over 50 years and the change in your teabags and flavor have almist made me change brands. The flavor is best described as "yucky". It's not something I will continue to drink. The teabag is very weak. I like to drink a cup of tea in the morning but I am literally drinking the tea leaves because the bag cannot withstand the microwave. I am very disappointed in the lack of quality and the downgrade in flavor.

I bought a new box of Lipton and found that the packaging had changed which I do not consider an improvement. But the worst thing was that the tea tasted weak and flat. I had an old, individually wrapped Lipton tea bag from over a year ago and did a side-by-side taste test. The tea from the old bag tasted great, had a great aroma and full, satisfying taste. The new teabag, unwrapped, was flat and weak. I have even tried using 2 bags of the new tea, and while it is stronger, it still is missing that wonderful aroma and taste. Please don't insist that this is the same tea as before when so many people can tell that it is not. If the average consumer can tell the difference, why can't your experts? I am reluctantly searching for a new flavorful tea brand. I live an hour from the nearest big box store so please don't tell me to get the old packaging there. And what happens when someone buys a big box package of 500 or 1000 teabags and finds that the flavor has been changed in the new supplies of boxes using the old packaging?

I am very disappointed in the new packaging. I'm a third generation Lipton Tea drinker and part of the tradition of having a cup of tea was the ritual of opening a fresh individual package. My deceased mother, grandmother and aunt wouldn't believe this. I might as well buy Salada.

I grew up drinking this. My mom loves this and I love this. This will always be something I drink and a staple in my morning/night routine. It just taste super good with milk, with honey, with nothing the flavor is just there. Such an excellent taste for the price and it comes with so many tea bags

My husband and I have been drinking your Tea for 40 years or more and he is English, so he knows tea. The new packaging is horrible and the taste has changed, (very weak tasting). We will be looking for a different brand soon, you should go back to what worked.

I've grown up drinking Lipton Black Iced Tea Family Size , every morning start with a fresh warm cup to wake up with them through out the day drink it on ice it is so nice on a warm summer day to have a big cup of ICED TEA, I still drink the tea just not as often as I use to

This is a great classic drink my family always keeps in stock. We buy so much of this and consume black tea with milk every morning along with coffee. The flavor is stronger if you steep it longer. I definitely recommend this for tea lovers! And if you haven’t added milk or are lactose intolerant you can even add soy or almond milk to it and it still taste amazing.

The tea is good, but i have to use two tea bags to get a stronger flavor. and when i try to add milk it kind of diluted the taste unlike other black tea where i can add milk and it complements the flavor. This is a tea i drink when i run out of my other black teas.

I like liston black tea since it has a nice strong black tea flavor. I like chilling it with sugar on a summer day or have it warm in a mug during a chilly night. I a good value. I found each tea bag to give a strong robust taste. I tend to keep my tea bags in the mug for 10 minutes to ensure the flavor.

When hit comes to tea I enjoy a hot cup of black tea with a splash of honey!  Lipton bags are perfect, fast, and give just the right amount of flavor in one bag!  They are affordable and you get a lot for your buck!  I would definitely recommend to a friend!
