This is a great tea. My family and I drink it several times a day every day. I like the packaging in comes in. There's no need to improve this product, it tastes great. I do like trying new flavors though. I'd buy this again and again. I recommend it to everyone. Being pregnant I love that they sale decaffeinated tea. Lipton I give you a huge thank you for that.

I love Lipton black tea and it reminds me of my childhood. Ha. It's a smooth black tea when I'm not in the mood for coffee and it's so good with a splash of oatmilk or evaporated milk since neither are too heavy to take away from the smoothness of the tea.

Lipton tea is my go to when I make iced tea. There is enough tea flavor that I know I am drinking tea even when I add sugar. I love how it rarely over steeps if I leave the bags in too long. The value for the money is great. I will definitely continue to purchase.

Why change a good thing?

Dear Lipton, I can see why you changed the packaging to the large foil packs... I don't like it but understand it. What I don't get is why you re-formulated the actual tea... it tastes so different now than it did back when it was in the paper packs. I made 3 gallons of tea over a week trying to figure out what was going wrong and why it tasted so bad (almost fruity) only to realize it was due to me buying a new box of the foil wrapped tea. I hope you reconsider at least to change the type/formula of the tea back to its original state... as it is I have had to switch to another brand, which is sad as my family has used Lipton tea as a staple for many generations.

Best Taste!

After years of trying out a variety of "new" kinds of tea, I've always found myself coming back to the "best! of the best...Lipton! It has the flavor and the aroma of the comforts of knowing you're going to settle down to a great flavor, without a doubt!

I buy these tea bags to make pitchers of sweet tea. I use my coffee maker. I put the tea bags in where you’d place a filter, then pour cold water in. I add sugar to the pitcher, pour in the hot tea once the coffee pot finishes, stir until the sugar dissolves, and then add cold water from the tap to fill up the pitcher. Stir and refrigerate. It makes delicious sweet tea!

I LOVE the new bulk packaging !

I make a batch of iced tea about every 2 days and I love that the bags are no longer individually wrapped. It was sooooo much wasted packaging! For those that comment about taking them to work - I''m sure you have a small container somewhere in your kitchen or a zip lock bag.

Weak tea - bad packaging

I will join others when I say that the new individual unwrapped teabags in the foil is a bad idea. I keep my tea in a sealed canister & often take a few with me to work. The wrapped teabags were perfect for this purpose. We use your product where I work for guests and events. The pre-wrapped teabags were a much more sanitary delivery system. I also notice that the tea has a weaker flavor. I do not drink coffee, only Lipton tea for the last 50 years. I'm disappointed in the current product and will most likely switch to another tea brand.

The OG of orange pekoe and black tea. Makes a reliable cup of tea, and can be brewed cold. It also works great in a Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Maker, no need to overpay for pitcher bags. It's not exactly an exciting, earth shattering tea, but it is consistent and delicious. No complaints from us.

New packaging= Lost loyal customers

I have been drinking Lipton tea for over 50 years. The new packaging in "stay fresh packs" has ruined Lipton's product and will undoubtedly cost them many loyal customers. I am a fire chief and we have always had Lipton tea at the firehouse. With over 100 different firefighters the individually packaged tea is necessary for sanitary reasons. Lipton will lose us as customers unless they provide a way for us to purchase the individually packaged tea. Our situation is the same for many different organizations, businesses, church groups, clubs, etc. This misguided marketing decision will likely cost Lipton many customers. My department and I personally will be among the many customers they no longer have.
