Brewing my own tea makes me more in control of how strong or weak I can make it. This is why I enjoy using Lipton Black tea bags.  I like having a cup of tea after dinner and always enjoy the flavor of Lipton.  If I'm having a cup close to bed time, I rather have a weaker tea so the caffeine doesn't affect my sleep, so I do not leave the bag in the hot water too long.  I also brew some for iced tea.  Two bags for a half gallon seems to be prefect for me.  Add a little sugar while the water is hot, or no sugar at all. 

Lipton provides a nice basic tea for cheap. If I want to make some ice tea this is my go to. I drink my tea unsweetened and this works great as it does not have a bitter taste. For the price of this tea it meets my expectations as I would not expect it to be out of this world. 

I love this tea, I add some half and half milk, drink it cold. It is very good. I don't add sugar and it tastes delicious. A morning tea due to caffeine, healthy feeling after drinking it, & ease the bathroom movements.. Great price can't beat In one cup of boiling water I add 3 tea bags, wait 3 minutes, then I add it to a iced cup… After added to ice I add the milk 🥛, it’s great making a 16 oz delicious drink, easy

Any real tea lover would stay away from mass produced teabags like this. They use the low quality dust and broken tea leaves to make these tea bags. However as much as I love higher quality teas - what I love about Lipton is their consistency. They have been able to maintain their same classic taste forever. I use Lipton when I’m making large batches of iced tea and am happy with it every time because I know exactly what the end result will be. Lately though, I have been more focused on buying loose tea to eliminate and be more conscious of the waste I produce (more individual packaging, more waste)

Since you have removed the envelope from the tea bag it make it impossible to drink the tea at my job the tea bags are expose for everyone to touch. and if I bring some from home what ever dust and sharp objects in my handbag causes me not to get my cup of tea though out the day, with the price of tea now I can't throw tea bag away like that I love my tea and I don't want another brand of tea. Something needs to be done, with the openness of the tea bag losses some of it flavor.

Same great taste - but like the others have stated - terrible packaging, they've already spilled out of the box once on the counter- can't put in my purse without using a baggie - and when teenage my daughter was sick and making tea I cringed that her hands/fingers were all over the tea bags - yuck - don't like this idea at all!

The new packaging is terrible! I was a daily Lipton drinker for 30 years! I travel for a living and always had a few bags in my purse. Tried putting a few bags from the "stay fresh" pack in a plastic bag. After a few days they fell apart. And once the bag is open, nothing is fresh two weeks later. I just switched to Bigelow, except for making iced tea. Nice job, guys.

I have been drinking Lipton tea for over 50 years. The new packaging in "stay fresh packs" has ruined Lipton's product and will undoubtedly cost them many loyal customers. I am a fire chief and we have always had Lipton tea at the firehouse. With over 100 different firefighters the individually packaged tea is necessary for sanitary reasons. Lipton will lose us as customers unless they provide a way for us to purchase the individually packaged tea. Our situation is the same for many different organizations, businesses, church groups, clubs, etc. This misguided marketing decision will likely cost Lipton many customers. My department and I personally will be among the many customers they no longer have.

I don't like the new stay-fresh packets on the black tea bags. I would prefer to go back to the old way of individually paper wrapped tea bags. The tea stays fresher and it's less messy. I have a porcelain canister with a rubber sealed lid that I usually put all 100 tea bags in when I buy new tea, and it always stays fresh. It's more convenient and cleaner, as well. Please go back to the old way of packaging!!! I live in Florida and the hot humid conditions (even in air conditioned homes) affects the freshness of foods and food products. The paper wrapped individual tea bags are better for aiding in absorbing excess moisture and keeping insects, spores, and microbes at bay. You have had the paper wrapped bags since I can remember drinking Lipton tea, which is over fifty years, and I am only 57! Please don't fix it if it's not broken!!!

I absolutely love this tea. It's so tasty and I don't even feel the need of drinking it with sugar. The packaging is very nice and it has a very good price for it's quality. Lipton tea is my favourite brand for tea and I would recommend for everyone to try it, because I assure you won't regret it!!
