A pantry staple and summer necessity.  Living in the south, sweet tea is not a drink it is our blood.  Lipton is my favorite tea to use for my summer staple.  The strong rich taste and the beautiful color makes it so satisfying to drink on our hot summer days.

I have been drinking Lipton black tea for many years, even in grade school I would have a cup of tea for my breakfast with my Mom, I am never disappointed in the rich flavor, wonderful aroma of Lipton tea....it's how I start and end my day....everyday..thank you for such a great product. I hope I can be drinking your tea for another 60 years.

I love unsweetened iced tea. Lipton makes the best in my opinion. I make it by the gallons with some lemon. The flavor is bold and so refreshing! I used to be big on the great value brand just to save some pennies. after trying Lipton's, it's definitely worth spending the extra pennies.

Well, I'm actually a teen but I love tea! Almost every single time we buy our tea, it's Lipton. The team is quite delicious and had a very nice, clean, crisp taste to it. But, I agree with the majority of these reviews here. I acknowledge the fact that you guys are experimenting with different packaging and that's a good thing. You get to find out what the customers like and don't like. What to stick with and what to discard. I liked the previous packaging style as well and hope you guys will go back to it. Even if you don't, I won't change my teas and be loyal to this brand. Though, I believe it is in your best interest to revert back. I liked the envelope packaging and find it quite and handy when you need some tea to go.

I am disappointed with the new packaging for Lipton Tea. Having read some of the corporate responses to other negative reviews regarding the new gold sleeves of unwrapped tea bags, it appears the justification for the elimination of the paper envelope is to "keep the tea fresher" and "save the environment re:paper". I find it surprising that the small amount of thin paper saved from the envelopes is "better" than the creation of a cardboard tray that contains each 25 teabags, and the gold plastic/mylar sleeve that encloses them. The packaging also states that the gold sleeve is supposed to keep the bags fresh. It seems odd to think that having all 25 bags fully exposed to air the day you open the package is somehow keeping the tea "fresher" than before. It appears I'm not the only consumer to be disgusted by the unsanitary open teabags for fingers to touch on when retrieving a bag from the cannister. Hoping you'll return to the old-style packaging, or I will be switching to a different brand of tea.

I like Lipton's strong tea smell, I often use it to make milk tea, my favorite drink. Convenient filter bag, easy to brew, just need a cup of hot water and put a tea bag in and you can enjoy it. The fragrant tea smell is not bitter, and the large box allows us to drink it for a long time.

My go-to black tea for as long as I can remember. Perhaps that’s because it’s also been my mom’s go-to for as long as I can remember :) I’m always open to trying generic brands to save some money, but this is one thing that I find cannot be replicated. It’s so smooth, yet bold, makes the perfect cup of hot or iced tea. I drink mine unsweetened and love every sip.

I was not pleased to see the changes that have occurred. We have been buying the 100 bag boxes since I was a kid and for the first time in decades I am looking for a new brand of black tea. The new packaging does not keep the tea as fresh, the tea does not seem as strong and I can't help but wondering if you're skimping on the quantity of tea in the bag. Unfortunately, I no longer have one of the bags in the individual paper packaging to compare it to.

The best black tea one can ever drink in any way. I have been drinking black tea all of my life. I have tried from every single brand but my vote always goes to Lipton. The quality of leaves they have the color the richness and aroma is fantastic. I tried with milk and sugar . Brown sugar honey or just regular black it tastes great everytime

Formerly I thought Lipton to be the very best tea I’d ever had. Growing up Lipton was the expensive, full of flavor tea that only rich people drank. Now as an adult I started buying Lipton as we could afford it, & still enjoy it, but have discovered that it is not as strong of a flavor as I prefer. I am more of an Irish Breakfast, Scottish Breakfast, bold full flavored sweet tea drinker. I do recommend this highly over most store brands of “tea bags” which color your water, but have no taste. Worth the money for flavor.
