I grew up drinking tea the English way with a splash of milk. My mom always had Lipton with the exception of the occasional generic when money was tight. She always went back to Lipton. I drink it daily, iced in the summer and hot, with milk :)) in the winter. I've passed the tradition on to my daughter. It's my go-to, and hers too, when we need a little comfort. Honestly, the packaging doesn't matter to me...just the tea :))

I got a good laugh at some of the other reviews that were so upset by the new packaging. I've had no problems with it, I put a few tea bags in a little Tupperware perfectly sized and was not inconvenienced at all. They stayed fresh, and they stay fresh in the new packaging also. I love your tea!

I appreciate trying to improve packaging. This isn't it. I keep mine in a canister and end up taking them out of the cardboard because they don't fit as a pack inside. Have you thought about keeping the outside and doing a resealable soft package? This would fit in my canister easier and would solve some of the other consumer problems of taking them with them. As far as taste.. I thought it was just me that I had to let it steep longer and it wasn't the same consistency I was used to. Please take this idea under consideration? {PS: Your choice of when do you most commonly have this needs to be a multiple choice}

I've been drinking Lipton tea since I was a little girl - and I am 55 now! I was shocked when I bought a new box to find you no longer individually wrap the tea bags. I carry them with me everywhere, but now that will not be possible because I surely don't want tea grounds in my purse! Please go back to the individually wrapped bags --- as you can see, your loyal fans are begging!

You just can't beat Lipton for making a great sun tea or iced tea.  I can't wait for the summer months to come around again so that I can make a big batch for drinking while I enjoy the sunshine.  It's affordable and so I make it a point to buy at least one large box ever summer.  Any peach tea is a great addition to the Lipton Black Tea as well. 

I use this tea a lot especially during the summer time. I love Tea and I love making a pitcher and I believe this product has definitely made a great impact. It’s affordable and I am able to make a lot of tea as well. There is not much to fix about this

This tea is a must have for me. I have been drinking this tea twice a day with a little cow's milk and sugar for over 10 years. I love the flavor of this Lipton black tea because it is not as strong or overpowering as other brands I have tried. I would definitely recommend this brand.

I am 67 years old and have been drinking Lipton tea for as long as I can remember. I do not like the foil wrapped trays and I do not like your responses to the other reviews I've read. You're obviously not listening to your customers. We want the individually wrapped tea bags because it's INCONVENIENT to have to transfer our tea bags to a plastic bag and it's INCONVENIENT to drive 30 miles to a club store. I realize this change is probably about cost, but you've created a lot of unhappy customers!

I absolutely love tea!!!! I don't think there is any beverage that I find as refreshing as a cold glass of sweet tea on a hot day and Lipton does it right. I personally like to make it a gallon at a time and chill it so I usually buy the gallon sized tea bags. However I usually keep a box of Lipton chamomile available.in the cup sized bags in case I am not feeling well then I can make a glass of soothing tea and pour a little honey and a lemon cough drop in it and it literally clears my sinuses like nothing else and allows me to breath and rest a little easier. I am sorry to say that after 40+ years of drinking Lipton Tea, I will no longer be purchasing your product. The last several boxes of Lipton Black tea I have purchased contain tea bags that open when immersed in hot water. I have poured my last cup of hot tea with tea leaves floating around down the drain.
