My family can drink a gallon of tea a day (sweet of course). This is the only brand we drink. It doesn’t have that bitter taste that other teas have. There is nothing better than a glass of sweet tea on a hot summer day in the South. Never change it!

Definitely do not like the new packaging. Only bought Lipton for almost 40 years because of the individually wrapped tea bags. Now it's just unsanitary to keep at work with everyone being able to touch them…not to mention it's flu season! All of the people who like the new packaging must work for Lipton.

Why have you changed your packaging?  It was great as it was.  My mother is 99 yrs old and has been drinking Lipton all of her life.  She said that it doesn't taste the same and she can't serve it with her friends as it's not individually wrapped.  Also, the foil is not as environmentally friendly as paper.  Please go back!!

I have been a Lipton tea lover for 40 years or better. The new sealed packaging is not any good for those of us who grab the packets and put them in our purse or pocket. I carry Lipton tea with me all the time. Well I used to, before you decided to change a good thing. Don't like the packaging and don't like the tea like I used to. It doesn't have the flavor it used to.

I do not like the foil packs, you can’t grab a few and take them with you. Once the foil pack is open it is exposed to germs and others touching them, not to mention the tea does not stay fresh and doesn’t taste as good as it should. I have always been a loyal Lipton tea drinker but I think it’s time to find another tea.

When I purchased my most recent 100 count box of Black Tea Bags, I was disappointed to discover that none of the bags had been stapled to the little "flag," this makes it difficult to secure the bags for brewing without them falling into mu jug. I then have to dig them out with my hands because I don't want them to break open if I use a spoon. I have also noticed a much weaker flavor.

The change in packaging has both hampered the taste and the brew of the tea. The bags break and leaks out tea leaves which is awful. The taste is also weaker thinking the bag is smaller than the bags that were individually wrapped. I think Lipton forgot about the end user of this product. Please go back to the original packaging. Would like a refund for all the wasted bags. I need to find a new tea to drink.

I can deal with the new packaging, though I don't like it, it's the taste that's gone. Tea is so weak, you need two bags to make one cup. Been using Lipton for 40 years, after this box is done, which will be soon, using 2 bags a cup, I'll be looking for a new brand. So sad.

Lipton Black Tea is very delicious. I drink this product faithfully in the morning and at night with sugar or honey. Eventually, I want to get the k-cups for my Kerig Coffee and tea maker. I believe whom ever enjoys tea, they will absolutely love Lipton Black Tea.

This tea is okay for the most part I only wish that it was a little bit stronger and flavor. I add lemongrass and mint leaves in every cup of my Lipton tea. as a person that drinks tea at least twice a day this certainly isn't my go-to tea brand but certainly one that I would gravitate towards the most. I also like the fact that it can come in a variety of pack and sizes.
