The last of the loose black tes in the supermarket. Lipton has always been a well respected brand when it comes to tea. It's loose black tea has a bold yet not overwhelming flavor and smoothness. It works great for both hot and ice tea and also provides a great mixer for Arnold Palmers. It's getting harder and harder to find this product but you will be satisfied when you do!

I love Lipton tea, I have been drinkg it for 60 years. Its a family tradition for many many decades. I have a cup for lunch either with an Entemann's Chocolate Donut or Buttered toasted Thomas English Muffins. This tea is delicious and is part of my comfort food lunch everyday. Started making tea at home after giving up soda. The only choice was Lipton like what Mom has made since she was a kid. Using the same recipe of water, tea bags, a mason jar, and sugar, it just hasn't been tasting quite right. Thought I was doing something wrong until I called her up and she let me know about the taste change. I decided to look on here to see if I'd purchased the wrong package. Sadly, my fears of a tea change have been confirmed by the other reviews on here. Please bring back the taste we know and love. P.S.- I can understand everyone's dislike with the new packaging as well. Very messy and airy in the pantry compared to the old package.

Since it was cold outside I decided to make myself a cup of hot Lipton black tea. After I added the tea bag and waited a few minutes I wanted to see what it would taste like without anything other than the tea bag. As soon as I sip the tea, I put my cup down because it was a bit tart for me. Plus if I were to drink black tea it would have to be decaffeinated.
