The recent flavor change in Lipton tea is a huge disappointment! No longer the distinctive cup of tea I've looked forward to every day for over 20 years! Lipton, why don't you return to the classic Lipton taste that your faithful tea drinkers love? I'm hoping you'll bring back that "brisk" recipe.

What the heck are you people thinking? Your black tea has tasted the same to me for my whole life and I'm 70 years old. I usually drink two cups of your black tea every evening and untold glasses of iced tea in the summer, but we just recently got a box with the new packaging and this stuff is undrinkable. I see a number of comments by people who are all lathered up about your new packaging, I can take or leave that, but the flavor (or lack of flavor) is unacceptable. Whoever is responsible for this change needs to be fired and the previous tea blend put back into your yellow boxes, however you want to package it. This box of tea is going over the side and until I hear otherwise no more Lipton Tea will be purchased by this household. In addition, your rating system needs a "0" star because a "1" is too high. This is a huge disappointment because I have enjoyed your product so much in the past.

Thank you for eliminating the paper wrappers. I drink iced tea year round, probably a gallon every two days, and hated all the trash (recyclable as it was) that the seven tea bags produced. 55 years of drinking iced tea and Lipton is my only brand.

I have been drinking Lipton Tea for over 40 years. Loved the brisk flavor and always asked for it specifically at restaurants. Since you changed the packaging it is no longer the same. The bags are smaller, the quality is poor and inconsistent bag to bag. Do you no longer have any quality control? I have decided that if I am going to get cheap quality tea I might as well buy cheap tea. I am so disappointed in your recent change in quality.

I am a tea fanatic and have always enjoyed Lipton for both ice tea and hot. I don't think the foil packaging does anything for the freshness of the product, and I take tea bags to work, camping, etc. I had to stop buying Lipton and now buy a brand that still individually wraps its tea bags.

I love Lipton black tea with sugar. I can drink hot with some honey. Hot and fresh with a bunch of ice to make it warm. Or cold and straight outta the fridge on ice! One of my favorite things about this drink is it is good at anytime, any day and with just about anything.

my family has always enjoyed Lipton products. During the cold months we regularly drink several cups of hot teas, nightly. Many flavors to choose from. In summer we purchase the 4# 6.5 oz canister of sweetened/lemon powdered iced tea for a refreshing summer drink. Lipton is always our go-to lemonade brand. Thank you.

I want to join the others about the new packaging -- since it's September, 2015 and my safeway still has this bad packaging idea. You have lost me as a customer as well because of it. my gym has the old packaging so I have it there, but i'm enjoying other brands WITH INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED ENVS. Used to have it at our church also, but can't anymore because the new packaging is not sanitary of public use. A customer showed you a picture of how you can individually wrap the teas with the foil -- PAT ATTENTION. Folks may buy what you have thinking it's individually wrapped and then can't use it. LOW OVERALL RATING and SATISFACTION is due to bad packaging - not the tea.

This is my go to tea when I'm sick. I make myself a cup with a fee tablespoons of honey and it honestly does help with a sore throat or whenever I have a respiratory infection I definitely recommend it for others to try and it's decently priced too!!

My go to tea since I’ve been a little girl and enjoyed tea in the morning with my mom! Whenever I am trying to lower my caffeine intake and avoid coffee, I always go for this brand of black tea and it gives me the same energy and tastes so good with some agave!
