Lipton Black Tea makes a refreshing iced tea or a soothing hot tea. It’s so smooth and delicious and the caffeine puts a decent pep in my step. I have it whenever my stomach won’t go for coffee. It’s a favorite amongst my family and a staple in my cabinet.

I am very disappointed in the new packaging of the Lipton black tea tea bags. I have purchased Lipton tea in the box of 100 individually wrapped teabags for over 45 years, and prefer Lipton tea to all others. I have always kept the individual teabags in my purse, or have packed them in my suitcase when traveling. But with the current uncovered teabag I will not be able to do that. I am afraid I will have to switch to another brand of tea, and that is unfortunate. Please reconsider your packaging. I find it very wasteful and unpractical. I see by the other comments that I am not alone in this concern. Thank you for your consideration of your loyal customers' requests.

My husband and I have been drinking your Tea for 40 years or more and he is English, so he knows tea. The new packaging is horrible and the taste has changed, (very weak tasting). We will be looking for a different brand soon, you should go back to what worked.

I have been drinking Lipton for decades.. My parents before me, and my grandparents before that. I don't know which department at Lipton thought it was a good idea to put 25 tea bags in one package, and doing away with the individual envelopes (probably the finance department) I don't know one person I have talked to about this who likes it. They can try to convince us all they want that it keeps the tea bags fresher, but I don't buy it. I believe my experience. I suppose the stock holders will be happy at the extra profits, but not the consumers. I am looking for a new brand.

I love the new stay-fresh packaging. I make sun tea or boil water for a large pitcher of iced tea and it used to be a pain to have to unwrap each tea bag. Plus I always felt like it was such a waste of paper. (Even though I did recycle the little wrappers.) This saves time and I can buy a larger box, but still keep most of the tea fresh, since there are 4 foil packages inside. Great job!

I start and end the day with Lipton! I take it with me everywhere I go as no other tea compares. The new packaging makes it inconvenient to transport teabags, I wish you would bring back the individual envelopes or make a nice carrying envelope (don't like carrying them in ziplock baggies, I'll help with the design!)

Started making tea at home after giving up soda. The only choice was Lipton like what Mom has made since she was a kid. Using the same recipe of water, tea bags, a mason jar, and sugar, it just hasn't been tasting quite right. Thought I was doing something wrong until I called her up and she let me know about the taste change. I decided to look on here to see if I'd purchased the wrong package. Sadly, my fears of a tea change have been confirmed by the other reviews on here. Please bring back the taste we know and love. P.S.- I can understand everyone's dislike with the new packaging as well. Very messy and airy in the pantry compared to the old package.

I will not drink any other brand of tea!! I just can not leave the taste of Lipton sweet tea alone since I was a child!! It is just the greatest I’m from the south so sweet tea oh yeah we got it!! & Lipton makes it possible to keep loving it without such a horrible price!

I got this item when I had the flu. It was very good with a small amount of honey. I had it nice and hott and helped give me that boost as well when I didn't have my coffee. The packaging comes in the familiar yellow with big Lipton logo. So it is easy to find and choose from many of their flavors.

I had to stop purchasing Lipton tea bags because they are no longer individually wrapped. You lost a customer of many, many years and several other customers because you discontinued your individually wrapped tea bags. Bring back the individually wrapped bags and I will come back as a customer. Until then, I will have to continue to purchased from your competitor.
