Hi! I'm glad to see you try. However the design isn't great. Maybe if you added a attached heavy wire tie to the top of the pack & remove the white inner package.. Then when you opened it you could remove the tea & still turn the top down & secure it to keep the tea fresh. Better yet, design a airproof container for the bag container & offer it on a few intro boxes so we could all get one. You'd cut back even more without the inner "box". It would be so nice for us too.

I drink tea a few times a day. I have used different types of tea. Although this is a good product, it is weaker then the tea bags I like. I like stronger black teas better. I usually buy this for the price rather than taste and put gel tea bags in at a time.

When was the last time you were able to get a cup of Lipton tea In a restaurant? This new package has put a stop to that. No restaurant is going to hand out loose opened tea bags. Read your reviews. Has this new package done anything to increase your sales? The people writing the reviews are still with you hoping for a change back to the product they knew. The ones not sending a review have moved on to another product.

I’ve enjoyed your tea for as long as I can remember. What stands out in taste at least for me is it has the tea flavor without the “tea bite,” found in so many others. The purchase of a big box of Lipton tea is the beginning of warm weather and it’s used up for sun tea. I drink your back and green tea, have instant green and black all in regular and decaf. In my opinion you offer a wonderful, enjoyable product and I’m a fan. Stay doing what you’re doing, there are people like me who enjoy your product. Tea is at 1600

I have used Lipton for years. About 4 months ago I tried the tea and the bags were some kind of mesh and the tea was not that great. Tried again with another small box tea bags were the old fashioned ones and the tea was great. So I purchased another larger box thinking it would be the same. Wrong, bags are different and the tea leaves something to be desired. I am very disappointed. and looking for a different tea. This last batch went in the trash. Sorry Lipton.

I only use Lipton brand tea. Easy to brew bags of various sizes in a coffee pot. They actually make a size just for this, perfecto! I buy lipton brand bags and bottled tea in various flavors. Its so good and black sweet tea is just what a southern girl needs to hit the spot!

Do like drinking a cup of hot steaming mud in the morning? Drink Lipton. The bitterness of this tea is absolutely unbelievable. I have had black coffee that was smoother than this tea. I am disappointed beyond belief. I’m telling you, you can feel your teeth rotting away as you drink this industrial strength acid. Lipton, please make your tea leaves less bitter!

I love this stuff!! I make my cup of hot tea and add some confetti coffee creamer and omg!! Definitely my favorite tea!! It's not bitter and doesn't leave a weird after taste in your mouth either! Also very affordable!! Definitely recommend giving this brand a go.

I bring a heavy two quarts of water to a rolling boil in a covered four quart pot. Remove it from the heat and drape six tea bags over the side and into the water with the tags outside of the pot. Put the lid back on to hold the strings in place Let it sit for about and hour and a half and remove the tea bags while pressing them against the side of the pot. Add 3/4 of a cup of sugar, stir to dissolve and let sit with the lid on to cool down some. Then into a pitcher and into the fridge for the best sweet tea. And, that two quarts only cost about $.60 cents to make between the price of sugar and tea bags.

My work just got a new water dispenser that has a really hot high temperature dispenser. So I went out and bout some Liptons tea to have at work to alternate with the coffee they provide for free. Came on here to check out what else was available and was surprised at the low rating this tea got. Then when I read through some of the comments it seems like it's mostly due to the change in packaging. Sorry, but some folks need to find something real to complain about.
