It is ao easy to use, and is truly smokeless. It leaves tge char marks on the food. I purchased one for hubby for Christmas, these 2 were for a son, and for my daughter.

Grilled chicken, no smoke, cooked as well as outdoor grill. Pamphlet shows griddle but there was not one would of been nice. I would recommend this product.

I attempted to cook on this once! I returned it because it took 45 mins to cook 6 thin hamburgers to a medium rare state! At that rate it would take 24 hours to cook a decent steak.
