Lived up to billing, meat stays moist, cooks to taste.. Easy cleanup— and surface remains if instructions followed and no abrasives used in cleaning l. A+

I love the non-stick surfaces & the lid!! So much easier to clean than an old indoor grill I've had for years. The fan is also a great feature. Will enjoy this for years.

We've had ours about a month it is really nice but the clean up is time consuming which is something they don't show on the infomercials! However, we are enjoying the yummy food with no smoke!

Everything works great. Only thing that kept this from being 5* is the power button to turn off really has no reason. It still has power when you try to turn it off. I have to just unplug the unit.

Just received it same day did hamburgers it was everything I expected . In an apartment it's perfect . My mom recommended it and now I'm recommending to my sister!

Have used it a couple of times and love it! Does great for steaks and hamburgers. My only complaint is that didn't get the other free copper pan I was suppose to get.

I bought this on a whim since I live in a apartment and can not have a grill. Best impulse buy I ever did! Now I am enjoying all my favorite grilled foods with even easier clean up.

I was skeptical and ordered anyway. I Love this grill. Lamb chops are delicious along with steaks, pork steaks, and pork chops. I leave it on the counter because we use it nearly every day.

We get a lot of snow and rain up here in the UP of Michigan. Now I can grill year round while sitting. Made great shrimp, chicken, and short ribs so far. Next up, rib eye steaks. Can't wait.

Used it last night for the first time...it is INCREDIBLE! It is as good as cooking on our outdoor grill, except your inside. There is NO smoke, the unit is super easy to set up, "fire up," cook, and clean!! I HIGHLY recommend!!
