Good value for $

Awesome value!

Wonderful convenient

I started my dieting and what then to get a indoor grill! This was perfect in every way it has two optional surfaces one more like a hot plate and the other as a grill rack. It gets hot quickly and gets the job done! Also east to clean I love it !!!!!!!! Definitely a good buy!

We bought the grill. When I was assembling the grill, I found that the instructions did not match the grill. Also, the screw was too short to go through the lid and washers and be able to thread in to the handle. The head of the screw had no slot for a screwdriver to be able to thread in to the handle. Customer service said they would send new screws. They never shows up. I had to purchase new screws from our local hardware.

This device should never have left the prototype arena. The Cooktop, and i use the term loosely, is NOT easy to clean. The food tends to stick and burn very easily. I tried cooking on a low temp and the recommended temp. Both cases yeilded food that was inedible.

The only thing this does is dry out your food. My parents bought it thinking it would be a great addition to their kitchen. They were sadly mistaken. They tried cooking flank steaks, and they dried out so much. My parents have a great hand in cooking, so it's not like if they don't know how to cook. It was worthless and taken straight back for a refund. So if you don't want to have such a disappointment, my suggestion is to not buy this grill.

I just got this yesterday and absolutely love it. I have to think that those folks who think it is not smokeless did not put water in the tray that then captures the smoke. I watched the videos included on this site prior to using. Clean up is a breeze.

I purchased several months ago and have now used twice. Chicken breasts are supposed to be grilled at 350 degrees for 5-6 minutes per side. I don't know how long it would have taken at 350, but after about 8 minutes I turned it up to 400 and then 450 to get the meat cooked. Took over 30 minutes even at 450 degrees.

ok we have not used it yet... BUT it seems they listened to you all because there is a griddle in ours that we bought, so it will be exciting to see how it cooks up everything, which we will take it on a huge test run next weekend by cooking various things on it from pancakes, eggs, steaks, burgers, hot dogs etc and then I will update my review then, but I just wanted people to know our came with the griddle insert
