My wife and I really loved this grill at first. The nonstick surface is really nice. But, after 2 uses, 2 washes, in just 1 week the silver colored metal pan with the vent holes had a bunch of different spots of rust form on it, each spot was about the roundness of a pencil eraser. Even though we loved the rest of it, we had to return it because of the rusting. :/

Works Great Every time

I have other products from this company and very pleased but disappointed with this one. Metal drip tray (directions say dishwasher safe) rusted after first wash. Used the grill for the first time last night, washed parts in dishwasher and this am when unloading found the metal drip tray had lots of rust spots on it. Grill itself worked fine but not any more impressive than other Grills I've owned that cost much less.

I love to use it!

Great purchase!

Easy assemble and use

Used grill one time and returned it. For a few very thin chicken tenderloins it took over 40 minutes to cook them all the way. The consistency of the chicken tasted odd (even my 15 year old noticed that normally eats everything). Also, the clean up process is much longer than cooking by any other means. The grill does let off steam so there are small puddles of water around it as you cook.

This grill made a great christmas gift.y

I bought this last month. I have cooked hamburgers, pork loin chops, & steaks. They all come out perfect. Not dry at all. Love it!

There are three layers to clean. The food cooked on it didn't taste like it was grilled. Returned the grill for a refund.
