Took a long time to heat up and 15 to 20 minutes to cook 3 hamburgers. Heats unevenly across the cooking surface. I returned it.

Not what i expected. Works ok. Less smoke but NOT the fix for an apartment. Should have gone with the portable propane.

LOVE IT....absolutely easy to use and clean and NO SMOKE in the house. Purchased another as a Christmas gift.

Cooks great! But even with the fan on it smokes like crazy! It set my smoke alarms off. I had it setting on my stove top with the exhaust fan on high. I've use it 3 times now it's goes in a garage sale.

I'm not writing a review I got one of these for Christmas and was wondering if this is safe to use with having birds. Does anyone have one and have birds?

It cooks well and it didn't smoke. However, I have had the unit about a month. Just took the grill plate out of the dishwasher and the coating is starting to chip away.

With some of the bad comments below, Im glad that I didn't get it. My family is a frequent shopper of WM. Im just so disgusted with my order placed on Nov.4 their first day of WM holiday deals. Ive been eyeing this power smokeless grill for so long

Used my new grill for the first time. I grilled beef fillets. They were tender and had an excellent taste. It's pouring rain today, no way was I grilling outside. I'm very happy with this grill and definitely recommend it.

We were very disappointed in this grill. We made burgers and it smoked like crazy. Just seems like a cheap metal box with a heating element and a weak fan. Returned it after one use.

It advertise as smokeless; it's not. It advertise as the same as an outdoors grill, the flavor of the meat is not. Overall I was very disappointed in what I got.
