All said, the grill is great but missing what I noted on tv to make pancakes etc... really disappointed in that regard. Was there a piece missing?

My brother absolutely loves this. He grills everytging until cold weather hits. This year the grilling didn't have to stop.

Good for rainy days when grilling outside is not an option but it takes longer. 15 minutes on each side for a steak.

Given as gift at Christmas and received note saying that steaks came out perfect. Didn't have to fire up grill outside during winter. They loved it!

JUST WHAT I NEED TO REPLACE MY GRILL THAT HAS NO TOP EVEN THOUGH THIS IS SMALLER THAN THE OTHER ONE I HAVE

Great grill for Limited outdoor space, our condo does not allow for gas grills so this electric grill is the next best thing.

Not what i expected. Works ok. Less smoke but NOT the fix for an apartment. Should have gone with the portable propane.

Works well simply to operate. Could be a bit hotter. Lid could fit much better and have a better handle.

Better than expected. Will take longer than conventional gas grill to cook, but zero smoke. Great indoor grill!

I really like this power grill, it does the job but the griddle didn't come with it and can't find one to order!!!!!!
