I bought this for a gift and we love it.we have cooked several different kinds of meat and vegetables,very tastey.

Works as advertised, but very slow to get to the proper heat. Work surface just barely adequate for two people. Use it at least once a week.

Food tastes so much better cooked on this grill. Absolutely love it and clean up is very easy. An awesome product!!

truly is smokeless, splatterless, and quality built. only down side is having to take it apart to clean; thus 4 stars, otherwise five.

Used 2 mths and fan has gone out. I like the grill, easy to cook and especially for a household of 1.

Got it today use it took an hour and 45 minutes to cook the veggies which were not even done do not like it will be returning it

Does not come with griddle pan. Takes too long to cook good, but it does come out delicious. Also it foednt have that much space.

This brand new item did not work once assembled and plugged into the outlet. Completed all trouble shooting. Item was defective.

It doesn't get hot enough and it's not easy to clean all the parts without major manipulation. Too much trouble. I will return.

Nice grill. We liked the option of having an indoor grill. The best part is it's smokeless. We've enjoyed it and it cooks nicely.
